Was searching for a house in the Columbus area for a possible relocation. Susanne was the utmost in professional and helpful, and gave us very helpful market information about different neighborhoods and pricing for the areas we were interested in. Since we were remote, she did virtual tours for me and my husband, and coordinated with my friend in person so that we had another set of eyes "on the ground." She checked in with us, but wasn't pushy. She helped us find a house that we fell in love with, but unfortunately in the end, the job didn't pan out so we didn't move...but we were very happy to have met Susanne. Highly recommend!
